I love using bright colors! They are so fun to use, plus I gotta use em while I'm still young and able to! This is clearly not one of my best eye shots... I look cuckoo in the second picture!
I used shades from the Urban Decay Electric Palette and a M.A.C. shadow called Chrome Yellow.
